As we are giving 25 year workmanship warranty. IntegrateSun has setup after sales services offices in Texas & Georgia. They are only being used for aftersales purposes.
IntegrateSun usually takes 6-8 weeks to install residential solar panels if no permits or HOA approvals are required. If permits and/or approvals are required for the property location, then the timeline will increase depending on the speed of the process

Seven Months and Waiting for Installation

I signed a contract for installation of a solar system with Integrate Sun LLC on June 10, 2025. Their cost sheet included a 30% federal solar tax credit ($7,000) I would receive. The credit is no longer available in 2026, meaning installation needs to be complete by the end of 2025 in order for me to be eligible. IntegrateSun LLC did not secure permits until October 24, 2025. The contract said they are required to install the system within 30 business days of securing permits. As of December 20, 2025, IntegrateSun LLC is in breach of contract as they have not begun installation of the system, nor have they provided me with an installation date. The project manager, Emma Joseph, has been extremely unresponsive and slow in managing this project to completion. Stay far away from this company if you hope to have your system installed within seven months

Solar Installation

I commend Integrity Sun for keeping up their outstanding commitment in getting the installation done within 60 days and securing county approval. Aryan Lee and Aahil were staying on top of his commitment. Aahil Shakil is a great asset and he keeps on his promises and kept pushing his team to ensure the job completes timely as promised. He was a great salesman!

2.5 month process and in time for the 30% ITC

Started the process in October and finished 1 day after Christmas. I went through energy sage and got three other offers and although not the cheapest they also were not the most expensive. I went with them because they were confident that they could get the whole process done in about 2.5 months before the end of December 2025 when the ITC tax credit ends (thank you, no thank you, big beautiful Bill). They also had the most experience at 15+ years good reviews and energy sage's endorsement to boot. Now the process didn't go perfect with the delivery guy delivering the panels at almost midnight and then having to help him take the panels out because his equipment broke to unload it. There was also a change order because the panels we were originally going to go with became unavailable probably because of terrace. And I did not see this as being a demerit to take away from my five star review because integrate son had one of their staff reaching out to me at the end of every week to check in and either see how things were progressing or letting me know where we were at in the process and that was incredibly helpful. I try to be forthright and honest, and so some people might have a difficult time with some of the staff because of thick accents, but I do not have a problem with that probably because I grew up in the military, and I was in the military, and I travel as well, but I do have friends that that's something that irks them, but I would encourage you to try and move past that if you happen to get a representative that has a thick accent because they do a really good job and I've had neighbors who've had solar placed and it just was a nightmare trying to get a hold of customer Service I rarely had to reach out because like I said they reached out to me at least weekly. I also reside in Texas and this is a Texas company so Hook 'em.

Great Install and coordination!

Lily from Integrate Sun is amazing. We signed the contract on September hoping we can get it before the tax incentive disappear. Lily kept me updated weekly on the process and what the next steps were. From the initial design, to getting approval from the local authorities, to getting materials and scheduling the install. There were a few hiccups with materials and installation since everyone is trying to get solar before the tax incentive ends. But Lily was fast and worked hard (even during weekends) to make sure we get replacement and finish installation just in time. I couldn't be more happy.

Overcame challenges

With the FTC credits coming to an end this year, I had my doubts they would be able to procure the panels and complete my installation by the end of the year. I appreciate Sid, my PM who worked tirelessly to overcome supply chain issues and a very full installation calendar and have my project completed. Installers were phenomenal as well, they worked Sunday and even Christmas day. So thankful for everyone at IntegrateSun that made my project successful.
