Good installation service

Our solar installation was ordered at the end of July 24 and completed and working for us by end of October. In that period all of the advice, design, paperwork, obtaining the necessary approvals and certificates was done by Octopus. Now we receive our feed in tariff to pay for our installation and some electricity.

My initial search to Enphase generated a phone call almost immediately! Unbelievable!! I was transferred to Vinay @Tech Support who was courteous, patient, thoroughly knowledgeable and persistent! He guided me through and promptly followed up on my reconnection. Unlike Solaredge and Suncommon who I've been waiting for ANY response for a week. I have the highest satisfaction and ratings for Enphase! Prospective customers can't get any better Customer Service and Tech Support!!

Enphase batteries are the only choice

We recently installed a 20kW Enphase battery system to complement our solar array, and the experience has been outstanding. Having used Enphase at our previous home, we knew the value of their seamless backup power during outages. What truly impressed us this time was the proactive customer service. When two of our four batteries didn't power up initially, Enphase reached out to us directly and scheduled a technician for the following day. It turned out to be a simple initialization step required after utility approval, and the system has worked flawlessly since. With their 15-year warranty and the high efficiency of the new IQ8HC microinverters, we’re producing the same power with fewer panels than before. Highly recommended for their technology and commitment to support.

Excellent support

My system wasn't reporting info and a great rep walked me through the fix, which took 45 minutes. He showed great patience and compassion. We got it fixed!

Great system, love the connectivity

I’ve had an emphases system for about 9 months now and I love it! Being able to pull up the app and see exactly what’s happening is great. The alerts are also very helpful. When the grid goes down it keeps me informed so I can reduce my usage and extend our batteries. The energy profile system I’d nice as well. If I know I’m going to need my full battery capacity because of some upcoming event or storm I can switch my system to backup and it will charge up the batteries from my solar or the grid depending on what’s available and then keep them at 100% till I tell it to go back to energy saber or self consumption mode. Finally, the weather watching feature Issa nice. I’d say amazing but I think it’s a bit over cautious. It will automatically put the system in backup mode of your house is in a weather watch or warming of any kind.
