Please ,Spruce power,can you explain why it should take over 2 months (approximately 30 calls in total) from the initial call ,to authorize a replacement Microinverter that is under warranty by Enphase??Then a truck roll fee,that should be part of the maintenance agreement??All I asked for ,was what you emphasize on your customer website,CUSTOMER SERVICE.Something as simple as a dedicated option to speak with someone to order a replacement microinverter,once the panel outage is verified,Ship the inverter,Simple.1 star is stretching it

Stealing money from me
I've had broken equipment for 6 months now, can't get the contact center to help me. I get tickets numbers to follow-up on, but no one gets back to me. I have 7 years of solar data to prove my system (under warranty & contract) is malfunctioning, but they continue to be in breech of contract by refusing support while continuing to charge me monthly. Contact center refused to let me speak to a manager or higher when I asked. They are charging me more in monthly fees than the system produces....i'm actually losing money on this.

Spruce Solar Disaster Company
Leasing my solar system from Spruce. Not functioning since June. Called and received instructions on reboot and submitted all required documentation. Have been told it has been reviewed and submitted for repair. That was 5 months ago. Still no date for service. After contacting BBB, I saw 450 complaints, including mine relating specifically to Spruce. Similar issues , non compliance with service or repairs. I am certain that local solar service companies do not want to deal with Spruce. I am certain that Spruce has no intentions of servicing any of us with service issues. They are collecting our lease payments and we have a non functioning system. This must be investigated and those in charge brought to the justice department. This company is hiding some very murky business practices and more and more customers are getting swindled. I have tried 20 times contacting Spruce and always being told that my request is being processed.

Spruce wont't honor contract
Spruce estimates my bills and refuses to install a meter, even though our contract specifies that they are required to do so. The customer service team simply transfers me to a different department or keeps me on hold for long periods. I don't understand how they get away with this.

I have a few panels out and Spruce power refuses to fix them. They also moved my payment date up so that I have been getting charged a late fee.

It’s a shame
My account was sold to Spruce, that’s when everything went down hill. Panel’s have not been producing for about 9 months now. These people need to be put out of BUSINESS.
